Brought to New Orleans by the French, now brought to Colorado by Illogical Chef. These unique, square donuts were a favorite of all children in The Crescent City. It was always special to get them, hot and covered in powered sugar.

Our machine was invented after WWII by a navy machinist during the war. He wanted to recreate the traditional shaved ice of his youth. We can stuff our sno-balls with ice-cream and other variations that you traditionally won't find with Hawaiian shaved ice.

My great grandmother handed our family secret crêpe recipe down to us and now we want to share it with everyone! We can make them sweet or savory and we won't be offended if you ask for the recipe. But might not tell; it is a secret, after all.
It is often said someone with a hammer is looking for nails. Josh tries his best to make sure he is not trying to give you the solution he thinks you should have, but rather the good time you really want. Therefore menu input from the client is key. Food is our love language. Once we get to know you and what you want to eat, we can create a menu and arrange a tasting! Josh also loves a good challenge and is willing to take on complicated dishes for the sake of both client satisfaction and personal accomplishment. Whether it’s a small affair at your home from close friends and family or a large event such as a wedding or corporate lunch, Illogical Chef can make your budget mouthwatering.
