We want to help you have the fun you want. After throwing successful parties for other people we realized there’s a real demand for such a service. Tell us your party vision or let’s brainstorm ideas together. We’ll make it happen from concept to cleanup.

  • Cucumber tomatoes salad – can go Israeli (mint) or Mexican (cilantro)
  • Boudin empanadas – Louisiana style meat pies

  • Kosher style gumbo with chicken and andouille
  • Fried chicken – also great as sliders with pickled onions and slaw
  • Braised beef with garlic aioli – can go Barbacoa
  • Irresistible lasagna – kid’s favorite
  • Red beans and rice (New Orleans Monday night tradition)
  • Redfish tacos with seasonal salsa
  • Jambalya
  • New Orleans style shave ice a.k.a. The SnoBall! – choose your flavors, add condensed milk, make it a fireball (alcohol vehicle)
  • Beignets – fried joy with powdered sugar – churro or regular
  • Bananas Foster – fire hazard and quite a show
  • Chocolate chip cookies
  • Bread pudding
  • Kickin’ chocolate sauce – give us an excuse and we will put it on all of the above.

Aiden is an excellent bartender. We also love creating a signature cocktail for events. Your booze, our pour.

Beignets

Brought to New Orleans by the French, now brought to Colorado by Illogical Chef. These unique, square donuts were a favorite of all children in The Crescent City. It was always special to get them, hot and covered in powered sugar.

Shave Ice | Sno-Ball

Our machine was invented after WWII by a navy machinist during the war. He wanted to recreate the traditional shaved ice of his youth. We can stuff our sno-balls with ice-cream and other variations that you traditionally won't find with Hawaiian shaved ice.

Crêpes

My great grandmother handed our family secret crêpe recipe down to us and now we want to share it with everyone! We can make them sweet or savory and we won't be offended if you ask for the recipe. But might not tell; it is a secret, after all.
